Lovely Early Victorian Theorem Painted "Token of Friendship" Box with Interior MirrorI can't resist a forget me not that's endured some 150 years, and even more so one as lovely as this box. With theorem style stencil painted velvet top reading "token of friendship", embossed silver foil trim around perimeter and sides, and original mirror inside. I'm not entirely sure what it once would have held that fit into that round niche perhaps a pot of rouge? but could hold various sorts of trinkets or mementos now, or deliver a chocolate
