Glacial Lake, Scoresby Sund, GreenlandScoresby Sund in East Greenland is about as remote as it gets. This glacial lake sits right at the foot of a retreating glacier, fed by meltwater that carries fine sediment down through the moraine. That's what gives the shoreline its remarkable rust colour, almost orange against the blue white ice behind it.
